Tara Mendola

Tara Mendola currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Hofstra University, focusing on the history and politics of unscheduled care in the United States, particularly in relation to abortion and cardiac arrest. Additionally, Tara holds a position as a Project Manager at Northwell Health and owns T.S. Mendola Editing, which has successfully aided numerous academics in reaching their writing and research goals since 2016. Previously, Tara has taught at various educational institutions, including the University of the Arts and New York University, and has a comprehensive educational background with a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from New York University, alongside multiple bachelor's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
