Aaron Aldrich

Aaron Aldrich, MBA has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance sector. Aaron is currently working as a Senior SBA Business Development Officer and Regional Vice President at Northwest Bank since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Lending Strategies at Bridgeway Capital from April 2022 to May 2023, and as a Growth Loan Officer from October 2019 to April 2022.

Aaron also worked at PNC as a Vice President and Business Banking Relationship Manager from April 2019 to October 2019. In their earlier career, they held multiple roles at Bridgeway Capital, including Business Education Director from July 2014 to April 2019, and Small Business Loan Officer from August 2012 to July 2014. Before joining Bridgeway Capital, Aaron served as a Financial Center Manager at Fifth Third Bank from June 2010 to August 2012, and as a Branch Manager at National City Bank from January 2007 to June 2010.

Aaron Aldrich, MBA earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh from 2001 to 2005. Aaron then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Point Park University from 2007 to 2009. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor from GrowthWheel International Inc.
