Adam Hoestermann

Adam Hoestermann is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit management and commercial real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Credit Management at Northwest Bank since April 2015, responsibilities include leading a team of underwriters and portfolio managers while focusing on credit risk assessment and business opportunity recommendations. Prior experience includes roles at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and Bank of America, where portfolio management and credit analysis were key focuses. Adam began their career with positions at Evans Bank, Five Star Bank, and KeyBank, building a foundation in credit evaluation and client interaction. Adam holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Canisius University.
