Adam Cushman

Division Manager - Residential Construction at Northwest Cascade, Inc.

Adam Cushman has been working in the professional industry since 2005. Adam began as a Recruiting Manager for Northwest Cascade Inc., and then became the Safety Manager for Safety, Training, and Compliance. In 2013, they took on a Legal Intern role at Walgreens, followed by a Rule 9 Legal Intern role at the Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic in 2015. In 2014, they worked as a Government Affairs at the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, and as a Summer Associate at Halverson Northwest Law Group. In 2018, they were promoted to Division Manager - Residential Construction at Northwest Cascade Inc., and in 2020 they became a Board Member at the Washington On-Site Sewage Association.

Adam Cushman attended Steilacoom HS from 2005 to 2010. Adam then went on to Southern Illinois University, Carbondale to pursue a degree in Workforce Education and Development, which they completed in 2012. Adam then attended Seattle University School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 2015. Adam also holds certifications as an Associate Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM.
