Natalie H.

Natalie H. is currently the Design & Marketing Director and NWC Equity Co-Chair at Northwest Center. Natalie is a founding member of NWC's Equity Committee and leads cultural/organizational change within the company. Natalie has experience in design, marketing, human resources, and consulting roles, and has worked with various organizations such as Seattle Works, Institute for Sustainable Diversity & Inclusion, and University of Washington. With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from UW Foster School of Business, Natalie has a strong background in developing marketing campaigns, managing HR functions, and implementing organizational growth strategies.
