Robert Lozano

Robert Lozano is a seasoned professional in emergency response and fire services, currently serving as Captain at Northwest Fire District since July 1989, overseeing the operations of Station 37 A-Shift. With extensive experience as a Hazardous Materials Technician and Technical Rescue Technician, Robert specializes in managing hazardous substance incidents and advanced rescue situations. In the roles of Metropolitan Medical Response System Coordinator and Tucson Urban Area Security Initiative Coordinator, Robert has demonstrated expertise in planning and coordinating regional exercises and grant-funded projects related to Homeland Security. Additionally, Robert contributed as Deputy Incident Commander for the Tucson UASI Type III Incident Management Team from 2010 to September 2015, where coordination of training was a key responsibility. Robert holds an Associate's degree in Fire Science from Pima Community College.
