System Director, Marketing at Northwest Health System

Christina B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christina started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Western Arkansas Therapeutic Children's Homes in 1996 before moving on to Harps Food Stores, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant in 1999. In 2000, they became a Graduate Instructor at the University of Arkansas.

In 2002, Christina joined Northwest Health System as a Human Resources Specialist and Recruiter. Christina then transitioned to Saatchi & Saatchi X as a Training & Community Specialist in 2005. After that, they worked at Northwest Health System again as a Marketing & Community Relations Manager from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Christina became the Director of Marketing at Weatherford Regional Medical Center. In the same year, they also worked as an Instructor of Public Speaking and Sociology at the University of Phoenix. Christina returned to Northwest Health System in 2012, initially as a Marketing Manager before being promoted to System Director, Marketing in 2015.

Christina B. began their education at Greenwood High School from 1991 to 1996, where they earned an Honors Diploma. Christina then attended Westark Community College from 1996 to 1998, completing an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Continuing their academic journey, Christina enrolled at the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville from 1998 to 2000. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Communication and minoring in Psychology. Lastly, Christina attended the University of Arkansas from 2000 to 2002, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication.
