Kyle Baxter

Kyle Baxter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency medical services and human resources management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Northwest Helicopters since January 2020, Kyle has previously held roles as Business Office Manager at Prestige Care, Inc., and Emergency Medical Technician Intermediate at American Medical Response. Earlier experiences include positions as an Emergency Medical Technician at Olympic Ambulance and Water World, as well as serving as a Firefighter at both DESERT HILLS FIRE DISTRICT and Lake Havasu City - Municipal Government. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capella University, an Associate of Science in Fire Science from Glendale Community College, and an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Technology from Maricopa Community Colleges. Additionally, Kyle completed a high school diploma at Deer Valley High School.
