Katrina McClure, MPH, ICBB has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Katrina is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Northwestern Community Services Board since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Dr. Terry Sinclair Health Clinic, Inc., where they led a team of employees and volunteers to provide essential healthcare services to individuals in need. Katrina has also worked at the University of Maryland Medical System, managing performance improvement initiatives and conducting data analysis. In addition, Katrina has experience as a Manager at Surgical Affiliates Management Group, Inc., where they focused on performance analytics and improvement. Katrina has held various positions at other organizations, including UC Davis Medical Center, St. Paul's General Specialized Hospital, RTI International, Sutter Yuba Mental Health, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Throughout their career, Katrina has demonstrated expertise in healthcare management, performance improvement, and data analysis.

Katrina McClure, MPH, ICBB has a strong educational background in the field of health management and related disciplines. Katrina obtained their Master of Public Health degree from Yale University from 2009 to 2011, with a focus on Health Management. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their undergraduate degree comprised a multidisciplinary approach, studying Health and Societies, as well as Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Katrina McClure has a certification as an IASSC Certified Black Belt. Katrina obtained this certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) in May 2015. The certification suggests their expertise in implementing and leading process improvement initiatives using the Six Sigma methodology.
