Troy Meister has a strong background in nursing, with a focus on critical care and leadership positions. Troy began their career at OSF St. Anthony's Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg/Cardiac ICU, where they worked from July 2009 to September 2012. Troy then moved on to Advocate Sherman Hospital, where they held various roles including Administrative Supervisor, ER/ICU RN, ER Charge Nurse/Administrative RN Supervisor, and finally Nurse Manager from May 2011 to June 2016. Since 2016, Troy has been with Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital, where they have served as Associate Nurse Manager, Associate Manager Critical Care and Interventional Labs, and is currently the Clinical Director Critical Care / Rapid Response Team and Interim Clinical Director Neurosciences. Throughout their career, Troy has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in critical care nursing.

Troy Meister MSN, RN, NE-BC completed their education in the field of nursing, with a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from Chamberlain University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockford University between 2004 and 2009.
