Heather Dillon Strong has over 25 years of experience in communications and marketing. Heather currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Communications Executive at Northwestern Medicine, where they are responsible for leading a team of 30 healthcare communicators and managing internal and external communications for the health system. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Communications Executive and Director of Communications at Northwestern Medicine.
