Jennifer Andersson

Jennifer Andersson's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations for Northwestern Health Network at Northwestern Medicine since September 2018. Before that, they were the Director of Surgical Services at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from June 2017 to September 2018. Prior to that role, they served as the Patient Access Director from July 2008 to June 2017 and as the Process Improvement Leader from October 2004 to July 2008, both at Northwestern Medicine. Jennifer also worked as the Operations Manager for Kellogg Cancer Center at NorthShore University Health System from March 2003 to September 2004. Jennifer started their career as a Clinical Nurse at Northwestern Orthopaedic Institute from July 1995 to January 2001 and as a Registered Nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from June 1992 to July 1995. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Healthcare Senior Consultant at Capgemini from January 2001 to March 2003.

Jennifer Andersson earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa, where they attended from 1987 to 1992. Jennifer then pursued their MBA with a focus on Operations Management at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1997 to 2000.
