Kathleen Bayer

Kathleen Bayer has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology. Kathleen currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Information Security Executive at Northwestern Medicine since September 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Centegra Health System from January 2016 to August 2018. Kathleen also worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as the Divisional Vice President of IT from March 2001 to January 2016. Kathleen started their career at Wachovia Bank as the Vice President of Fraud Prevention from September 1998 to March 2001 and earlier held the position of Security Strategy Manager at Bank One from September 1995 to September 1998.

Kathleen Bayer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University. Kathleen also has a Masters of Public Administration degree from the same university.
