Lucas Fleming

Lucas Fleming is an experienced voice engineer with a strong background in collaboration technologies. Currently serving as a Sr. Voice Engineer at Northwestern Medicine since August 2021, Lucas previously held the position of Sr. Collaboration Lead at Guaranteed Rate from October 2018 to August 2021. Prior roles include Collaboration Team Lead and Collaboration Engineer at Mindsight between July 2011 and October 2018, as well as an IP Telephony Engineer at ADP from April 2008 to July 2011. Initial experience includes a MIS Internship at Abbott and a Systems Technician role at Parlance Telephony, Inc. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Information Management from Northern Illinois University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
