Michelle E. Eleby

Michelle E. Eleby currently serves as the Director of Operations for Women’s Health and Program Director at Northwestern Medicine, a position held since January 2018. In addition, Michelle has been the Division Administrator at Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation since August 2013. Prior to these roles, Michelle was associated with the University of Michigan Health System from April 2001 to August 2013, where responsibilities included Project Senior Manager, Senior Staff Associate, Senior Staff Assistant, Staff Assistant, and Administrative Intern. Michelle holds a Master of Health Services Administration degree from the University of Michigan (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and the Cognitive Sciences from the same institution (1996-2000).
