Rachel Sebastian

Rachel Sebastian has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rachel started their career in 2006 as a Fellow at SSM Health Care. In 2007, they joined Centegra Health System where they held various positions, including Director of Patient Business Services and CMS, Vice President Service Line Operations, Vice President/Site Administrator of Centegra Hospital-McHenry, and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of McHenry Hospital. In 2018, Rachel joined Northwestern Medicine as President of McHenry Hospital and later became the Vice President of Operations for the Regional Medical Group. Throughout their career, Rachel has been involved in overseeing hospital operations, developing strategic objectives, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring outstanding clinical performance.

Rachel Sebastian obtained their BBA degree in Finance from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2000 to 2004. Rachel then pursued a Master of Healthcare Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Louis University from 2004 to 2006.
