Andrea Koegel

Andrea Koegel currently serves as a Board Member at TALK, the world’s largest society of Talent Acquisition professionals, since February 2022. In addition, Andrea has held the position of Chief Recruitment Officer for Greater Orlando at Northwestern Mutual since September 2014, where the focus is on supporting clients in achieving financial security. Prior to Northwestern Mutual, Andrea worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Hancock Bank and a Senior Recruiter at Liberty Mutual, gaining extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting across various sectors. Andrea's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where responsibility included recruitment and retention of entry-level managers. Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Florida State University.
