Derek Newman

Derek Newman, MS. Ed., CCWS, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, operations management, and employee wellness. Currently serving as a Digital Marketing Consultant at RevLocal since June 2022, Derek previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at TradeDevils from January 2018 to September 2022. Earlier in career, Derek worked at Best Buy as an Inventory Specialist for over a decade and coordinated employee wellness programs for the City of Temple from March 2013 to May 2018. Additional roles included Graduate Teaching Assistant at Baylor University while pursuing a master's degree in Sport Management, an Account Specialist and Assistant Controller at Scott and White Employees Credit Union, and various positions at the University of Texas at Austin. Derek holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
