Jill Nieskes

Jill Nieskes is an experienced financial services professional currently serving as Senior Director of Distribution Performance/Sales at Northwestern Mutual since 2017. Previously, Jill held various leadership roles, including Director of Regional Sales at Northwestern Mutual and Senior Vice President of National Accounts at Global Atlantic Financial Group. Jill has a strong background in building sales distribution and operational infrastructure, having been recruited by Goldman Sachs for this purpose. Jill also served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation and has held multiple senior positions at AIG, where Jill contributed to achieving record-setting industry sales milestones. Beginning career at M&I Marshall & Ilsley Corporation, Jill excelled in performance management and sales training. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Marian University of Fond du Lac.
