Kristy Rabe

Kristy Rabe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and partnership program management. Currently serving as Lead Operations & Partnership Manager at Northwestern Mutual since October 2020, Kristy develops and executes strategic initiatives, collaborates with senior leadership, and optimizes daily operations to enhance organizational efficiency. Kristy has also led significant communications and branding efforts within the NMDSI program, previously holding roles such as Sr. Project Manager at Northwestern Mutual and Project Manager at Kohler Co., where Kristy was responsible for managing complex projects, stakeholder communications, and resource allocation. In addition to corporate experience, Kristy is a business owner of Meat:30, providing catering services specializing in smoked meat and BBQ sauces. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lakeland University and an Associate degree from Lakeshore Technical College.
