Sandra R. Rogers, 57, is an experienced executive having most recently served as vice president, supply chain at Hillrom, Inc., a global medical technology company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois (now part of Baxter International), until her retirement in April 2022. While at Hillrom, she led a global supply chain organization responsible for production planning, distribution and logistics. Prior to joining Hillrom in 2016, she led the global maintenance services organization at NetJets, Inc., and previously held various leadership roles in supply chain and customer support areas at Honeywell Aerospace and General Motors. Since 2021, Rogers has served on the board of directors of U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc., a publiclytraded, performance materials company and producer of commercial silica used in the oil and gas industry. Rogers earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in manufacturing management from Kettering University. Rogers was appointed to the Board of Trustees on September 1, 2022. Rogers brings leadership and managerial experience in supply chain and customer service matters, as well operational expertise across a variety of industries to Northwestern Mutual’s Board of Trustees.
