Alicia Warren Hossein

Alicia Warren Hossein is an accomplished product design leader currently working at Rippling since June 2022 and serving as an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University while teaching a Design Systems and Operations course. With a robust background in user experience and product design, Alicia has held key positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as User Experience Lead, CVS Health as Senior Advisor, and Allstate as Senior Product Designer. Additionally, Alicia has contributed to the design community as a city co-organizer for Ladies that UX since December 2018, facilitating discussions on various design-related topics. Alicia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Publishing from City, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
