Ramin Zacharia

Ramin Zacharia, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and entrepreneurship. As the Managing Partner and Founder of RTD Insights since May 2018, Ramin provides data-driven insights for growth-oriented businesses. Concurrently, Ramin serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University's Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, teaching a course on Accounting for Startups. Previously, Ramin held the position of Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Strategy at Venminder, successfully leading the company to profitability and a strategic exit in September 2024. Ramin also founded the pop-up food company Roll'D Up and has a solid background in investment banking, including roles at William Blair and Duff & Phelps. Ramin earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
