Ryan Swenson

Ryan Swenson has extensive experience in the information technology industry. Ryan currently holds the position of Director, Data Solutions at NorthWinds Technology Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Prominence Health Plan from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Ryan worked at NeuGen, where they held various roles, including Director of Application and Data Services. Here, their responsibilities included overseeing enterprise data infrastructure, application development, change control, and quality assurance. Ryan also led the implementation of data lineage software. Ryan's earlier experience includes positions at WPS Health Insurance, where they worked from 2006 to 2019 in roles such as Director of Applications Development and Assistant Manager of Financial Systems, Technologies, and Reporting. In these roles, they developed and implemented various applications, led system transitions, implemented reporting solutions, and performed system administration and upgrades.

Ryan Swenson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1995 to 2000. Ryan then pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Madison Area Technical College from 2002 to 2009. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
