Nate Hagerman

Nate Hagerman is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Northwood.

Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Hagerman was Counsel for Apollo Management International LLP in London. Before that, he worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in their New York, London, and Hong Kong offices as an attorney focused on real estate M&A transactions. Mr. Hagerman received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Davidson College and received his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law.
