The Team
As part of the greater Solution Delivery team, which is responsible for project management and change management, the Forms Design team is a highly collaborative team that produces electronic forms for our customers to use in our Traverse solution.
Our Solutions
Our products are designed for state and county social care program areas, including child welfare, childcare, child support, economic assistance and adult & aging agencies. These solutions leverage technology to allow case workers and social workers to easily collect, store, manage, and share case content and data more efficiently. By simplifying processes, our customers can spend more time engaging with the families they serve, make better informed decisions and achieve better outcomes.
Traverse – A SaaS solution that allows for easy, on-the-go access to case files, case work and interview forms and intelligent insights on case content and materials, which lead to better engagement and better outcomes.
Compass – Compass solution is some of our longer standing software that supports multiple markets for both state and county customers. Our focus on reducing time wasted on paperwork and administrative burdens allows case workers to better serve families in need.
Case Aide Services - Our trusted team of experienced child welfare professionals becomes an extension of agency staff supporting them with administrative tasks such as referral and records requests, compiling documents for court, and document organization. Workers can focus on fostering healthier families without sacrificing their own well-being.

We have employees all over the United States and that’s still a real requirement for us because of our customers and the types of data we manage. Generally, this team works remotely but may have to come into the office on occasion.

As Forms Designer, you will be responsible for designing electronic forms and provide customer support for revision and maintenance requests.
What you’ll be doing
Attends meeting with customer to understand customer requests and/or answer questions related to forms functionality and works independently to address customer requests and changes
Designs, edits, and approves electronic forms within Northwoods SaaS products
Identify and communicate the effect of product changes to forms on the project
Develops customized customer solutions/forms to meet their needs
Manages all forms maintenance cases and performs timely follow-up and updates on those cases
Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact for contractors as it relates to questions on specific design techniques
Serve as customer advocate and the voice of the customer within Northwoods, including collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends, and articulating those back to the business.
Trains other departments within Northwoods on Designer Template in Northwoods SaaS products
Works closely with the Manager of Solution Delivery on form design standards, project timelines, and communicating changes or enhancements to software
