Jon D. Cooper

Jon D. Cooper began his current role on Nov. 1, 2013, after nearly 10 years with Norton Healthcare. He previously served as vice president, operations, at Norton Audubon Hospital, and most recently held that role at Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital.

Cooper also has held leadership roles in surgical and orthopedic services, overseeing major contract negotiations and service innovations for 66 operating rooms across the system.

Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo in Ohio. He is a past recipient of Norton Healthcare’s Good Samaritan Award and has been recognized as a Business First Partner in Health Care. He is a longtime volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and a graduate of Leadership Louisville.
