Patrick Simmons

Patrick Simmons has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Patrick began their career in 2005 as a Practice Manager at US Army, where they served until 2007. Patrick then took on the role of Senior Trainer until 2011, after which they became an Operations Manager, overseeing medical operations and readiness. In 2014, they transitioned to the position of Manager, and in 2017, they became a Practice Manager again. In 2019, Patrick joined Hardin Memorial Health's Senior Leaders Corporate Fellowship Program for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Norton Healthcare as a Practice Manager II, where they managed the day-to-day operations of two primary care offices, including multiple staff and providers, and successfully managed a budget. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Practice Operations at Norton Healthcare, where they continue to lead and evaluate office employees.

Patrick Simmons earned an Associate of General Studies from Central Texas College between 2005 and 2007. Patrick then completed their Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Baker College from 2013 to 2016.
