Maya Morris

Maya Morris has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Maya started their career in 2002 as a Team Leader at NatWest and then worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Education and Youth Services in 2004. Maya joined Norton Way Motors Ltd in 2004 and worked their way up to become the Group Head of People. During their tenure, Maya played a crucial role in creating a new 5-Year People Plan for the company, implementing measurement tools to support corporate people strategy, and introducing corporate values and culture into HR change programs. Maya also successfully resolved many employee relations cases and led the transformation of the People Team. In 2012, Maya worked as an HR Advisor for the Board of Governors at Bedfordshire Schools. Additionally, they briefly owned Vintage Aurora Rose in 2014. Maya's work experience showcases their expertise and growth within the human resources field.

Maya Morris has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Behavior, which they obtained from the University of Bedfordshire.
