Wilmi Schmidt

Wilmi Schmidt has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources, incentives, sales promotion, and client services fields. They most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Humboldt Park Health since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Combined Insurance from 2014 to 2021, where they held roles such as AVP of Incentives and Director of Sales Promotion. Before that, they held multiple positions at Marketing Innovators International, Inc., including Vice President of Corporate Projects & Quality and Vice President of Client Implementations. Their earlier roles at the company include Manager of Client Services and Program Manager.

Wilmi Schmidt has a strong educational background. Wilmi obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Northeastern University. Wilmi attended Northeastern University from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Mary Baldwin University, attending from 1977 to 1981. Additionally, they obtained their High School Diploma from Caribbean High School in the years 1973 to 1977.

In terms of certifications, Wilmi Schmidt holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University. Wilmi obtained this certification in February 2016.
