Therese Weiby

Therese Weiby is an experienced leader in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) since August 2014, where Therese oversees a team of 19 skilled advisors managing all aspects of recruitment and candidate assessment for various government departments. Prior to this role, Therese held several positions at Adecco Search & Select from March 2007 to August 2014, including Senior Recruitment Advisor and Department Manager.
