Jocelyn O. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Jocelyn is currently working as a Data Responsibility Lead at the Norwegian Refugee Council since 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Auditor for Energy Tax at the Customs Office Hamburg from 2021 to 2022. Jocelyn has also worked as an External Relations Coordinator at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 2016 and as an Advisor in the Office of the President at Eurojust from 2014 to 2015. Jocelyn started their career as a Trainee and Analyst at Eurojust in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Additionally, they gained experience as an Intern at Beiersdorf and as an Assistant Project Manager at Global Human Rights Defence.
Jocelyn O. holds a LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in International Law with Distinction from The University of Edinburgh, which was completed from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in European Studies with Distinction from The Hague University in the Netherlands from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, Jocelyn completed an exchange semester in International Relations at Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla in Mexico.
