Julius Maale Kayongo

Julius Maale Kayongo is an experienced leader in program development and management, currently serving as the Education Team Leader at the Norwegian Refugee Council since May 2022. In addition, Julius holds the position of Programs Director at Action for Fundamental Change and Development (AFFCAD), overseeing the strategic framework and program implementation since December 2020. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at Windle International Uganda and Head of Programs at CEDO, where strategic leadership and partnership management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Julius has expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) from a role at CEDO Uganda. Prior experience includes a Program Management Advisor position at HealthPartners Uganda, contributing to the establishment of community health cooperatives. Julius possesses advanced degrees in Business Administration and Management from Makerere University and the Uganda Management Institute.
