Tamer Shdaifat / Shrm

Tamer Shdaifat is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Regional Head of HR for the East and Southern Africa Region at the Norwegian Refugee Council since September 2021, Tamer previously held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for the Middle East & Eastern Europe at Save the Children International from May 2020 to September 2021. Tamer’s prior experience includes significant positions at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included strategic leadership for over 700 staff and volunteers in Jordan, as well as roles in Libya, and earlier HR positions at Pan East General Contracting Co and Sanaya Holding. Tamer holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from the University of Jordan and completed the Compass Leadership Program at Harvard University.
