Courtney Landry

Courtney Landry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and management across various sectors, including household cleaning products and pet supplies. Currently serving as the Director of Global Product Development at Norwex USA since May 2020, Courtney manages all aspects of product design, sourcing, and sustainability initiatives while contributing to company process improvements as a member of the Leadership Advisory Council. Previously, Courtney held multiple leadership roles at Doskocil Manufacturing (d/b/a Petmate) from 2011 to 2019, overseeing strategic goals and product innovation in the Hard Goods Division, and driving significant growth in product categories. Additional experience includes positions in merchandising and licensing at PETCO Animal Supplies, Provo Craft, and The Michaels Companies, alongside consulting work in the craft industry. Courtney Landry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University.
