Luke Mitchell is a dedicated PhD student at Norwich Research Park, pursuing research within the Robinson lab, funded by the Wellcome Trust since October 2021. With a solid background in biochemistry, having completed an integrated MSci course at the University of East Anglia from 2016 to 2020, Luke has accumulated extensive experience in research and team leadership. Previous positions include a Research Assistant at the Quadram Institute, where significant research on human gut symbionts was conducted, and a Restaurant Shift Supervisor at Jarrold Norwich, where responsibilities included managing food and beverage operations. Additional internships at esteemed institutions such as the John Innes Centre and the Institute of Food Research have further solidified expertise in molecular biology and gut health.
