Matt Poll

Matt joined Anglia Innovation Partnership in 2015 and manages diverse outsourced facilities management contracts with an annual value of £0.5m across Norwich Research Parks 100,000 m2 of property and 22 hectares of Park estate. Matt advises on Health & Safety matters and is NEBOSH qualified. He also advises on landlord/occupier issues, insurance, IT and site infrastructure, minor work projects, new developments and liaises with other partners across the Park.

Prior to joining the Anglia Innovation Partnership LLP, Matt spent 12 years managing a large property contract for Aviva totalling 100,000 m2 of office and support buildings. He acted as Intelligent Client for Aviva delivering a £3.5m annual hard services contract and a 25-year life cycle asset replacement plan. Before working at Aviva, Matt has undertaken facilities and technical manager roles where he acted as either client or service provider. Organisations include John Innes Institute, BT, HLS Medical Research and over 10 years delivering technical services for the Norfolk & Norwich University NHS Trust.
