Carrie Dennehy

Carrie Dennehy is a dedicated education professional with a strong background in special education and a focus on belonging, inclusion, diversity, and equity. Currently serving as the Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Specialist at Norwich Public Schools since August 2022, Carrie has previously worked as a Special Education Teacher at Judge Baker Children's Center from August 2017 to May 2023, at Hope Academy from August 2021 to June 2022, and at Dearborn Academy from September 2015 to June 2018. Carrie holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Gordon College, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from St. Francis Xavier University, earned in 2003.
