Laura Leonard

Laura Leonard is the Legal Manager at Noshaq. Laura has previously worked as an attorney at Mosal - Cabinet d'avocats and as a member of the Comité restreint - Chargée de publication de la jurisprudence francophone at TRV-RPS : Revue pratique des sociétés - Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap. Laura is skilled in commercial law, corporate law, contract law, and other areas of law such as traffic law and construction law. Laura has experience in drafting legal opinions and consultations, negotiating and drafting conventions and other legal documents, actively participating in the research, negotiation, and drafting of transactional solutions, drafting conclusions and other procedural documents, representing clients in judicial and arbitral proceedings, and defending clients in administrative and professional proceedings.

Ms. Leonard has a Masters in Law from the University of Liège.
