Jonathan Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and success across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at Nosto since July 2022, Jonathan previously contributed to the launch of Sezzle in Europe as an EU Support Representative, where responsibilities included process creation, customer journey adaptation, and fostering customer loyalty in multiple languages.
