Richard Birgersson's work experience starts in 2004 as a Store Salesman at Lacoste. Richard then takes on roles such as Store Manager and Sales and Area Manager South Sweden at Lacoste. In 2007, they move to EGO Optiska AB, where they become an Account Manager and later a Nordic Key Account Manager Sunglasses. In 2013, Richard joins Philips as a Senior Key Account Manager and later as a Sales Manager/Channel Leader. In 2016, they join Collector Bank as the Head of Sales Payments. In 2018, they move to American Express as the Head of Global Sales & Client Management Nordics. Currently, Richard is the Head of Business Development UK, Ireland & Northern Europe at Nosto and has also served as the General Manager for the Northern Europe region.
Richard Birgersson completed their DIHM Diploma in Business Administration from IHM Business School from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they attended the M2O Sales Academy. Richard also participated in the Leading People @ Philips program in 2016. In 2018, they attended the Salesperson's Secret Code program offered by Transform Performance Academy and American Express in London.
