Jordan Garrigues is currently the head of equipment and technical service at Not So Dark. Prior to this, they worked at CS PRO from May 2018 to March 2021, where they were responsible for commercial development and GIF sales, installation, and maintenance of professional kitchens.
Jordan has over 65 years of experience and expertise in the field of professional kitchen and cold storage product installation and maintenance. Their experience includes working with a regional company that has been present on the market since 1951.
At CS PRO, Jordan was responsible for commercial development, working with customers to design custom projects that comply with all current standards and regulations. Jordan was also part of the team of technicians and installers who have expertise in fields such as refrigeration, cooking, electrical work, and plumbing.
In their current role at Not So Dark, Jordan is responsible for overseeing all equipment and ensuring that it is properly maintained and functioning correctly. Jordan also provides training to staff on how to use the various pieces of equipment.
Jordan’s experience encompasses all aspects of the food service industry, from canteen and restaurant services in schools and businesses to private catering, clinics, hospitals, butcher shops, bakeries, and caterers. Their areas of expertise include cooking, industrial and commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, distribution, preparation, and wash-up. Jordan has also worked on the layout of food stores and bars.

Jordan Garrigues has a BTS NRC in Negotiations relation client from CCI Montauban and a BAC PRO VENTE from Lycée Pierre-Marie-Theas.
