Heather Gilpin

Heather Gilpin has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Heather has worked as the Managing Director & Healthcare Practice Leader at Notch Partners, LLC since 2012. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President for the 20th Anniversary Summit at Teach For America from 2010 to 2011. In 2008, they worked as the Executive Director at Learn NY. Before that, they were an Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2006 to 2008. Heather has also held positions at the U.S. Department of Justice and the White House Council of Economic Advisers.

Heather Gilpin attended Princeton University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned an A.B. in Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in Harvard Law School from 2003 to 2006, obtaining a J.D. degree.
