Cari Barthe

Cari Barthe has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Cari currently serves as the Director, People & Culture, US at Notch Therapeutics since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Seattle Genetics from 2007 to 2021, where they held various roles including Sr. HR Manager, HR Manager, Manager of Talent Acquisition, Sr. Staffing Specialist, and Interim HR Business Partner. Cari also worked as a Human Resource/Staffing Consultant at Merge Consulting from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they were a Recruiting Consultant at Yahoo! in 2007.
