Lucila Parera

Lucila Parera has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lucila currently holds the position of Head of Marketing Mexico at NotCo since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever, where they served as Dressings Mexico Sr Marketing Manager from 2021 to 2023 and Strategy Manager LATAM from 2020 to 2021. Before their time at Unilever, Lucila was employed at Techint Group as a Marketing Communications Analyst from 2012 to 2015, and as an Assistant Communication from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they worked at the Gobierno de la ciudad de Buenos Aires as an Assistant Communication in 2010. Starting their career at The Walt Disney Company, they gained valuable customer service experience as a Quick Service Food & Beverage team member from 2009 to 2010.

Lucila Parera has a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Universidad de 'San Andrés', which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Lucila also pursued an exchange program at Carleton University in 2016-2017, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Buenos Aires from 2007 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, specializing in Public Opinion and Advertising. Additionally, they completed an advanced English course at Acucana from 1997 to 2006.
