Pablo Caicedo Silva

Pablo Caicedo Silva has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Pablo is currently working as the Head of Finance Colombia at NotCo since 2023. Before that, they co-founded SEEM Consultores in 2020.

From 2022 to 2023, they worked as the Gerente Financiero at Socoda. Prior to that, they served as the Gerente Financiero at Bosanet from 2021 to 2022, where they managed the financial area in Colombia and USA, including company valuation, presentation to investors, and process definition.

Before Bosanet, they worked as the Director Financiero at Leonisa from 2014 to 2020, leading the financial area for the direct sales channel and achieving significant improvements in productivity and budget accuracy. Pablo also worked as the Gerente de Planeación Financiera Colombia, Perú & Ecuador at Avon from 2011 to 2014, where they led the financial planning and analysis team and contributed to the approval of a new commercial model and cost optimization initiatives.

Pablo started their career at L'Oréal as a Business Controller and later served as the Gerente de Tesoreria. Prior to L'Oréal, they worked at British American Tobacco as a Coordinador de Tesorería / Analista Financiero and at Pfizer as an Analista de Planeación Financiera.

Pablo Caicedo Silva completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad de Los Andes, where they obtained a degree in Economics from 1996 to 2001. During the same period, they also pursued an option in Business Administration and Finance at the same university. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they attended Universidad de La Sabana and completed a specialization in Strategic Management. In addition to their formal education, Pablo obtained several certifications in various areas such as Fintech, Business Valuation, Climate Finance, E-commerce, Marketing, Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and Social Media Marketing.
