Dipika began their career in 2010 as a Relationship Manager at Vodafone Essar Gujarat Ltd, where they were responsible for acquiring, growing, and deepening HNI customer relationships. In 2012, they joined Experience Center - Hunter Douglas as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for getting in touch with the Top-notch Architects and Interior Designers and building up relationships with them. In 2014, they joined Info Edge India Ltd as an Associate Assistant Manager, where their role involved new client acquisition (B2B) and handling a team and their escalation calls. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Snapdeal as a Category Manager - Fashion Accessories, Associate Manager - Seller Strategy & Marketing, and Market Development. Since 2019, they have been working at Notesgen as Category & Product Head.
