CSM (Customer Service Manager) has over 20 years of experience in team lead and project management roles. CSM spent the last 20 years with Ultimate Software, where they were responsible for primary project management, tracking, and supporting the team on key deliverables while building moral and cohesiveness. CSM also liaised with Process Managers to ensure that the team was appropriately resourced and collaborated with Management to improve the operational performance of the team while delighting customers.

Prior to Ultimate Software, CSM worked for AutoNation/Republic Industries for 2 years as a Payroll Administrator. CSM was responsible for processing multi-state payrolls (apprx 10,000 employees) for AutoNation, Alamo Car Rental, National Car Rental and Corporate employees. CSM also assisted with time-clock imports, processed all new hires information in the system, and processed verifications of employment, garnishments, child support, and IRS Levies.

CSM has a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University, and certification from LinkedIn in Strategic Thinking, Being a Good Mentee, and Leadership Foundations. CSM also has certification from Construx Software in Real World Requirements, Service Strategies in Customer Support Manager, SHRM in Professional in Human Resources, and American Payroll Association in Certified Payroll Professional.

Their manager is Tyson Hendricksen, CEO. They work with PT - Designer, UX - UX Designer, Virginia Hendricksen - Manager, Operations, and Philip West - VP, Engineering.
