Lukáš Hladiš

Lukáš Hladiš has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Lukáš is currently working as the Head of Rewards at Notino since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Seyfor as a Manager for Rewards and Salaries from January 2022 to June 2023, and as an HR Business Partner from May 2020 to December 2021. Before Seyfor, Lukáš held positions at Ceska Zbrojovka AS as the Leader of Rewards and Salaries from August 2018 to May 2020, and as the Leader of Rewards and Human Resources Controlling from January 2016 to July 2018. Lukáš started their career at Ceska Zbrojovka a.s. as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist from February 2013 to December 2015. Lukáš also worked at Sims Lifecycle Services s.r.o. as an Account Manager from November 2012 to January 2013.

From 2006 to 2012, Lukáš Hladiš attended the VUT - Brno University of Technology - Faculty of Business and Management. During this time, they pursued a degree in Corporate Management and Economics, earning the title of Ing.
