Hilary Shirazi

Hilary Shirazi is the current Head of Corporate Development at Notion. Prior to this, they were the Head of Corporate Development at Pinterest from January 2021 to March 2022. Hilary was also the Director of Corporate Development at Zendesk from January 2020 to December 2021, where they were responsible for M&A and investments. From January 2018 to December 2020, they were the Head of Corporate Development & The Design Forward Fund at InVision, where they were the first Corp Dev hire and established the function. Hilary also led M&A and the Design Forward Fund, a $5M fund dedicated to investing in the future of design. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Manager, Corporate Development at LinkedIn from January 2014 to December 2018, where they were responsible for strategy, M&A, and integration across all products at LinkedIn. Before that, they were an Associate, Investment Team at Spectrum Equity from January 2012 to December 2014. And before that, they were an Analyst, Investment Banking at Credit Suisse from January 2010 to December 2012.

Hilary Shirazi attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
